In this wonderful world I am just one small animal doing my best. Even the beasts much bigger than I may feel daunted and uncertain.

When I don’t know the way, I simply follow my nose. I remember how it feels so much nicer to be moving.”

We can benefit from affirmations that validate our feelings and challenges, and keep our feet moving.

Just when the novelty is starting to wear thin and things are seeming more effortful (not bad, miserable, or harmful – but effortful); is when it pays to keep going… at least to peek around the next corner.
