How do I find happiness?
In 2019 I decided to take a systematic approach to answering this question. I designed an algorithm that could feasibly measure my mental wellbeing and committed to using it every day, in the hope of finding clues to a happier life.
I would never have guessed that in five hundred days this approach would reshape the way I worked, rested, and nurtured my relationships.
