The recipe should be something like:

90% celebrating the efforts that lead to progress and 10% celebrating the outcome; win or lose.

Celebrating only winning leads to brittleness, resentment, and win-at-all-costs.

Celebrating mostly progress leads to commitment, resilience, and a long-term view.
